GIFT CERTIFICATES

• Certificates are nontransferable or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
• Certificate sales are final and nonrefundable.
• All postage of certificates is to U.S. addresses only. 
• Certificates can be redeemed at any of our three locations.
• Certificates can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount will be refunded in cash.
• Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where certificates are dispatched by mail, risk will pass to the purchaser when the mail is sent and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.
• Certificates that are torn or defaced in any way will be invalid
• The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
